Technical solution specialist

What you will do:

• Work and collaborate with the team on assigned projects;
• Provide reliable delivery of projects through your role as expert in the application, when it comes to methodologies, projects and technologies;
• Streamlining processes by using APIs;
• Provide deep knowledge and experience with technology including solution configuration, solution functionality and troubleshooting;
• Be able to map customer requirements/needs and solution design using different tools, techniques, and interfaces;
• Participate in product and solution training to acquire and maintain a detailed level of product knowledge.

What we are looking for:

Must haves:

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or APIs
• A problem-solving mindset
• +2 years of experience

Nice to haves:

• Digital marketing technology experience: marketing automation, CDP, CRM & campaigning, customer intelligence,…
• Knowledge of a marketing platform, like HCL UNICA, SAS Marketing Automation, SAS CI360, Adobe Campaign, Selligent Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud,…
• Process automation using IPAAS platforms
• Campaign planning, execution, segmentation, analytics and targeting techniques (some SQL knowledge might come handy);
